Karen Monath & Maureen Leonard (Tri-C Hospitality Management Program), joined by their culinary students, will prepare a luscious Fruit Stuffed Pork Loin and demonstrate the classic French Bouche de Noel in several designs to show the audience how simply they can create that wonderful cake.

Chris Hodgson & Scott Kuhn (Driftwood Restaurant Group: Hodges, Cibreo, Washington Place Bistro & Inn, The Welshfield Inn and other NE Ohio restaurants) will prepare dishes perfect for the holiday partying.

Andy Bower (Market Garden Brewery) will show you how to cook casual fare perfect for seasonal gatherings.
